During the year, I run 2-day willow basketry courses and 1-day willow plant support and Christmas decorations courses.
Willow Basketry: £150 (including materials)
These are aimed at people new to basketry and those wishing to improve their skills. Those new to basketry will learn how to make a round shopper with a handle. This will give you the techniques needed to make many different kinds of baskets. Otherwise, let me know what it is you have in mind and I will aim to help you make it.
Willow plant supports: £80 (including materials)
Make one or two plant supports for the garden using recently harvested willow.
Christmas Decorations: £80 (including materials)
Learn to make some beautiful decorations in time for Christmas using both natural and man-made materials and learning various waving techniques.
Two tutors teach a maximum of 7 students. A delicious home-made lunch using ingredients grown in the garden is provided as well as refreshments throughout the day. Courses run from 10am - 5pm
